Please read these Terms carefully before using Splander. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Splander (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an event and venue discovery platform available via website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”).
Splander is a social platform that enables users to discover events, venues, and cultural activities. The Service works by aggregating publicly available event information, enabling users to publish and share event calendars, and redirecting users to official sources for ticket purchases.
Splander is not a ticket seller. We do not sell, resell, distribute, or guarantee tickets. All ticket purchases are made through third-party websites.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized access at support@splander.com.
You are solely responsible for all content you publish on Splander. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for operating the Service.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable.
Splander aggregates publicly available event information from various sources. All aggregated content remains the intellectual property of its original creators. We display content with proper attribution and link back to original sources.
The Splander platform, including its design, logo, software, and original content, is our exclusive intellectual property protected by Israeli and international law.
If you believe content on Splander infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at support@splander.com with details of the allegedly infringing content. We will respond to valid takedown requests within 72 hours.

Splander contains links to third-party websites for ticket purchases and event details. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. All transactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that event information is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splander shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@splander.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
